A quality French Art Deco clock. An eight day movement that strikes both the hour and half the hour. Excellent black Art Deco numerals and hands, with a brass bezel. Heavy metal gilded tassels to each side and floral metal gilded decoration mounted to the base. Four contrasting marbles used, including a pale green, a mid green, a grey and white tinged with pink and a reddish brown.
The clock has just been cleaned and serviced by a qualified horologist.
