Art Deco sculpture by George Henri Laurent ( 1880 – 1940 )
Very little is known about the sculptor, but he epitomises the art deco style, especially in his depictions of birds and animals.
Green patina’d bronze of an angel fish on a seaweed stem & rock base, set on a marble stand. Signed in cast G H Laurent.
