A quality wooden framed, easel cheval mirror by Betty Joel, made from American walnut and inset with West Indian satinwood panelling. The bevelled mirror in excellent condition. The Betty Joel Token Works label to the back of the easel.
Betty Joel designed furniture, textiles and interiors, and had shops in Sloane Square and Knightsbridge. The Studio Magazine featured her work between 1927 and 1937. Today the quality and design of her pieces are highly regarded.
