A superb quality vanity case and contents by Mappin and Webb, 1933.
In almost unused condition, consisting of three faceted cut glass jars, two faceted cut glass bottles, hand mirror, hair brush, clothes brush, all in silver with top quality pale green guilloche enamel. A tortoiseshell comb with silver cover and a small jewellery box. All without damage.

Each piece of silver marked, ‘MN & WB’ (Mappin and Webb),
’S’ (date letter from 1933) Leopard head (London) Lion Passant (925).

Each piece with its own compartment housed in the front section of the brown leather case. The case lined in grey silk with two large silk pockets to the inner lid and marked ‘Mappin and Webb Ltd. London and Sheffield’. The case with a proctective cover and another to the handle.
